Donald doesn't know what's going on it appears...

USATODAY.com:

"Rumsfeld's war-on-terror memo"

Oh, and there's no such word as 'behinder'.

Reverend White faces charges for asking minor for sex

yaledailynews.com - White faces charges for asking minor for sex:

"Reverend Stephen White, infamous for preaching against homosexuality and sexual promiscuity at Yale and other college campuses, now faces charges that he solicited sex from a teenage boy in a Philadelphia suburb."

Another argument that relegion is the greatest evil ever devised by man. And a reminder for me to dust of the irony-snorkel, looks like I might be needing it again soon...

Genius from the TFT Newsletter.....

One of these days a cunning TV producer will make a no-expense-spent programme that simply features an hour of adverts and the words: 'Keep watching. There?ll be some tits on soon. don't turn over. You?ll miss the tits.' And the tragic thing is that people will probably watch it.

Oh course they'd watch it...

"Hello, is that Channel 4? I've got an idea for a program..."

The LNR Journal

The LNR Journal :: Search:

"Christian Aid are wondering why the American-run Coalition Provisional Authority has taken $5bn in oil and other seized assets, but can only account for $1bn of it. Bearing in mind that a single cent going missing would put America in yet another breach of UN mandate."

So, let me get this right. It's invade and *then* rob, right?

Blair rules out public medical

BBC NEWS | Politics | Blair rules out public medical:

"He added: 'We have different practices in this country to the United States and, as you know, I don't follow them slavishly in all respects.' "

LOLOLOL, funniest quote of the day...

He is going to answer questions on his recent heart scare. I guess they must be easier to answer than why he killed 7000 Iraqi civilians.
Teh PR ploy worked then.....

BBC SPORT | Athletics | Chambers fails drugs test

BBC SPORT | Athletics | Chambers fails drugs test:

"Top British sprinter Dwain Chambers has tested positive for the steroid tetrahydrogestrinone (THG). "

So it turns into who can take the best drug sport again.

Crappy day at work...

So, the girls who control the budget at work are insisting I only order a crap £10 ball-mouse rather than the £20 optical. So, we're arguing over an extra ten quid on a mouse but they are going to spend £160 sending me to Bristol on Friday for a 1 hour meeting. Yes! 9 hours of travelling for a 1 hour meeting.

I am sick and tired of work at the moment. More than usual. I compiled a huge database on Friday, then because some knob missed a load of stuff I got to do it all again on Monday, then because they still didn't get it right I got to do it again yesterday and again today!!! Not finished before 7 this week yet and I'm at exactly the same point I was last Thursday.

I just want ot go home and play FFVIII which i put on again on Sunday and am pretty taken with. I can't even remember playing it first time around tbh.

Sick of 12 year old tossers in CS, can't be arsed with BF1942 at the moment, just gonna play FFVIII and would you believe, Worms World Party ;-)

Check out Tim at bloggerheads.com (proper link on the right) he is doing good stuff right now.

Top quote....

Today's Quote for the Day comes from TV presenter Michael Parkinson: "Premier League football is a multi-million pound industry with the aroma of a blocked toilet and the principles of a knocking shop."

LOL...

Blaine in hospital after stunt

BBC NEWS | Entertainment | TV and Radio | Blaine in hospital after stunt:

"Illusionist David Blaine is recovering in a private hospital after walking free from his Perspex box in London on Sunday night at the end of a 44-day starvation stunt.
Crowds had packed the area near London's Tower Bridge to see the 30-year-old American emerge at 2200 BST, clearly weakened by his apparent endurance test.
The illusionist will undergo tests to discover whether he has suffered any long-term damage from his starvation stunt. "

Not surprising, as he popped out for a 3 course meal every 12 hours while the box was being cleaned. Does anyone really think he did it? Oh yes, stupid people.

Blair 'fit and fine' after heart scare

BBC NEWS | Politics | Blair 'fit and fine' after heart scare:

"Prime Minister Tony Blair is 'fit, fine, in good spirits and 100% recovered' after hospital treatment for an irregular heartbeat, his official spokesman has said. "

Pity.

So, what could have brought this on? Stress at being partially responsible for the deaths of 7000 Iraqi civilians (and counting) or the scores of British troops? Or perhaps the fact that he lied repeatedly to the British public and has been found out.

None of the above. He had no heart problem. It's a sympathy PR initiative.

Spin on spin on spin on spin....
